The mark, and what you may do with it

Brand kit

The marks, the palette with its contrast measured rather than claimed, the type, and terms for using any of it. Generated from the same tokens the product reads, so a kit and a live surface cannot disagree.

Download the kit 22 files, generated 2026-09-07, provenance 36c66f3797ed39f5.

What is in it

Two things it deliberately does not do

It ships no font binaries. All three typefaces are open source under the SIL Open Font Licence, which permits redistribution only when the licence text travels with the font. Shipping a .woff2 without it would hand you a licensing problem created by our convenience. The kit names every family, weight and role, and links the canonical source.

It is not hand-assembled, and the archive is deterministic. The same tokens produce the same bytes, which is what lets a test rebuild the kit in memory and compare it to the one this page links. A kit is the one artefact whose whole job is to be used by people who cannot ask us a question: what somebody unzipped in March is what their deck uses in September, so it has to be verifiable rather than merely current.

Using the marks

Refer to us by name, link to us with the mark, reproduce the supplied assets unmodified, screenshot the product — all without asking. Do not imply an endorsement, partnership or certification that does not exist, put the marks inside your own product name or logo, or alter them.

That last line is the one that is not negotiable, and it is the same rule as everything else here: this product’s whole proposition is that a claim carries a consent behind it. A mark used to imply a relationship nobody agreed to is that proposition broken on our own front door. Everything else we have made as permissive as we honestly can.

Anything the terms do not cover — michael@flashygroup.com. A real person reads it, and the answer to a reasonable ask is usually yes. The full text is MARK-USE.md inside the kit.
