Who is on the mesh
The ecosystem
Every organisation that serves the Mesh Concierge door is a circle a stranger can ask. This page lists them in two columns that are never added together, because our own properties and an independent organisation are different facts.
4 estate circles live. 0 independent circles live. 1 invited, consent pending.
The second number is the only one that reads as adoption. The first is something this estate can raise at will by wiring its own sites, so it is an engineering gate and not evidence — the same line Flashy Network draws when it publishes the countersignature ratio and not the entity count.
What “on the mesh” means here
A circle on this page serves the Mesh Concierge at its own domain: a door a visitor opens to file an intent to a named human at that organisation, in that organisation’s own colours, labelled with its own name. The filing goes to the host’s human and nowhere else — the door is infrastructure the host owns, not a funnel wearing their colours. Being listed here means the door exists; it does not mean the organisation routes through Magician, holds a graph, or has consented to anything beyond the door.
The estate’s circles
| Circle | Domain | What it is | The door |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4Ventures circle/4ventures | 4.ventures | the venture studio; publishes the Web 4 agency-layer theses | /concierge |
| GDA Capital circle/gda-capital | gda.group | capital markets advisory — a superconnector business by trade | /concierge |
| Gord Holdings circle/gord-holdings | gord.holdings | the family office above the group, and the register of the estate | /concierge |
| Magician circle/magician | magician.network | this property — the trust router the doors file into | /concierge |
Captive adoption, counted honestly as validation and never as market evidence. The full estate is at the mesh; these are the properties that have opened the door.
Independent circles
| Circle | Domain | What it is | The door |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30e Ventures circle/30e-ventures | domain not yet given | the first independent organisation invited onto the mesh | invited — consent pending |
An independent circle appears as live only once somebody at that organisation has agreed to be listed and said so somewhere a stranger can read. Until then it is invited: named because the invitation is real, unlinked because the consent is not yet. A listing we wanted but they did not give would be the consent rule run backwards, on the one page whose whole point is that the second column means something.
How this page is kept honest
The rows are a register in this repository — a decision, written down once, with a test that refuses an independent circle marked live without its consent block and refuses a link to anything not live. Whether a domain actually serves the door is a different fact, measured over the network by the estate’s liveness tooling and not by this page. Committed is not served; the register says what we intend, the probe says what a stranger gets, and this page cites the first and does not pretend to the second.
A circle is the unit of federation. The idea is explained there; this is the list.
